The Arc Limited process utilizes glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) to cast lightweight, thin wall replacement castings for both replication of existing terra cotta or carved stone, and the production of new, custom designed multiple stonework elements.  GFRC combines the exterior surface durability of concrete, with the high strength provided by glass fiber reinforcement (which acts similarily to steel reinforcing rods in conventional concrete practice) and advanced elastic, alkali-resistant polymer emulsions.  This combination produces an exterior surface of proven durability, the capability to match the color and texture of existing work, or to suit the architect’s requirements.
